One of the curved, sliding legs broke off and was glued back on. Still appears to work.

The Apple Design Powered Speakers II were part of Apple’s late-1990s effort to give the Mac a more coordinated desktop look, offering a cleaner, more style-conscious alternative to generic beige PC speakers. They fit especially well into the era when Apple was paying closer attention to industrial design across the whole desk setup, not just the computer itself, making them a nice example of how even small peripherals were becoming part of the Mac experience.
