Shop haul Painted top case, back IO panel, feet, DOS card enclosure, and plastic inner frame in Macintosh TV black. Using homemade Y cable replacement to work with DOS Compatible card. Floppy and CD tested and working, BlueSCSI installed with Mac OS 7.5 and Mac OS 8. Need to come up with a solution for the HDI-45 connector to DB-15, as I only have the one that came with my Performa 6115. Has DOS Compatible Card in it that is worth about $175-250.

The first Power Mac, introduced as Apple's transition to PowerPC — a joint architecture developed with IBM and Motorola designed to leapfrog Intel performance. The 6100 used the same PDS expansion slot from the Quadra it physically resembled, making the PowerPC transition relatively smooth for existing Mac owners. Running at 60 MHz, it was significantly faster than any 68k Mac for most tasks. This specific model houses the DOS Compatibility card, which allowed it to run DOS and Windows. The case has been painted to match the black of the Macintosh TV.
