Replaced logic board caps, and RIFAs in PSU. Had to repair traces around caps by the power circuit because it wouldn't power on. Also replaced UE13, UD13, and UB13. Machine now boots and runs fine, but still will not soft power off. Has Apple IIci Cache Card - confirmed working. Floppy drive does not seem to spin up.

The IIci was the sweet spot of the Mac II family: a 25 MHz 68030 with built-in video, 8-bit color without an expansion card, and a cache slot that made it significantly faster with the right accessory. It became the standard professional Mac for graphic designers and desktop publishers throughout the early 1990s.
