Boots to checker pattern on screen and no sound (sometimes it makes a weird repeating sound for a bit then stops). Tested CPU accelerator and rom in another IIgs and they both were good. Also inspected the signal on pin 40 of the CPU (the reset line) and it seems to be stuck high. Moved CPU accelerator to working IIgs.
